Wordpress Contact Form - Plugin

By popular demand, we finally spent some time creating a contact form wordpress plugin (we call it: FreeContactFormDotCom). Below are some screenshots (form in action and administration settings), download and details on how to install the plugin.

Plugin Installation Instructions

1. Upload the `freecontactformdotcom` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
   
   
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in your WordPress admin panel.
   
   
3. You can adjust necessary settings through your WordPress admin panel in "Settings" > "Contact Form".
   
   
4. Create a page or a post and insert shortcode [contact_form_here] to the text.
