WordPress contact form plugin

Our super simple WordPress contact form plugin has been updated to work with WordPress 5.4.1.

The WordPress contact form plugin is simple to set up and use and comes with a simple spam bot protection.

To protect the form from spam bots, it will ask the user to answer any question you want. For example: What is 95 + 10? if the answer is correct, then the form will be submitted.

To add the form to any page, simply add [contact_form_here] to your post or page.
